Resin Surfacing
We have spent many years working with our manufacturing partners to achieve the very best Resin Surfacing available.
Two types are available which can be categorised in to Resin BOUND
(bound in clear resin) or Resin BONDED
(stones scattered onto the resin)
We believe they are miles apart in terms of finished surface, life span, variety available and sub base suitability.
Resin Bound
- Specially prepared quarried aggregates, typically 6mm in size.
- Encapsulated (Bound) in clear UV stable resin. (We only use UV stable resin ensuring your finished surface never changes with the effects of the sun.
- Hand troweled on to asphalt, concrete or Azure orange Eco-Base creating a smooth slip resistant surface.
- Free draining and SUDS compliant - no standing water on open textured asphalt (porous).
- Typically 18mm depth.
- Variety of colours available.
- Designs and demarkation easily achieved.
- Long lasting and environmentally friendly, can be recycled in years to come.
- BBA Approved and non BBA approved systems installed.
